What to Expect

Welcome to Elite Touch Hair Braiding | Elite Touch Therapy and thank you for considering us to provide you with professional services. Here are a few instructions below to know before booking. PLEASE READ! If you may have any questions please contact April Williams, 702-275-2606, by text.

• Every client must book online. Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Zelle and Venmo are accepted as form of payment the day of service.
• PLEASE choose correct service to be provided.
• Feel free to show pictures of the way you would like your hair designed by text for accuracy of service. 
• Due to the Covid-19 virus a face mask is optional during service and sanitation's will be available.
• Please be honest about your health as we are all in this together during this difficult time we are going through. A liability release form may need to be signed before service. 
• Massage services are limited.
• Please arrive on time, not 10 minutes before or after your scheduled appointment.
• There is a $10 late fee. Late clients will be canceled after 20 minutes (please text or call if your running behind, I know life happens every second).
• No call/ No show will be blocked.
• All Massage services will include a sanitation welcoming ritual. Please shower before massage service. 
• All Hair services will include a wash and blow dry, please arrive with hair detangled and dry.
• Most braid styles are mid-back prices. Rates may change. 
• $30 Non-Refundable Deposits (for Massage Therapy, Hair Coloring and Braiding Hair Service over $100 to guarantee service).  
• Additional $50 Off-Day Fee for me to come in on my off day. 

***By booking the appointments you agree to the rules and policies. After two business days I am no longer responsible for any mishaps with your hair or body. Please maintain your hair with a satin or silk wrap and maintain your health with hydration and rest.
